As a Civil Engineer having around 11 yrs of professional experience in the field of construction, planning, execution and supervision of fast track Highway projects (NH-1, NH-2, Expressways), state highways and drainage works mainly funded by international agencies (world bank funded). On the technical side I use my professional experience expertise comprises managing the construction site and execution team in a cohesive and productive manner. Responsible includes overall project management viz. planning with resource requirement (men, machinery, material), sub contractor etc. Close liaison with client and supervision consultants (engineer) for better contract administration. Overall management of site including vendors, sub contractors and inter sectional coordination for cost of reduction.
