Duties & Responsibilities
➢ Execution of Pump Houses, fore bay, Canal, Substation 33kv, Intake
structures, Staff Quarters, laying of DI, MS & HDPE Pipelines.
➢ Maintaining coordination with consultants, contractors, and clients.
Undertaking rate analysis of cost schedule of rate/ extra items as
per prevailing market prices.
➢ Floating of tenders, fair price / market analysis, negotiation and
selection of contractor / Vendors.
➢ Reading and understanding drawings, site status reports, site plans
and grounding plans.
➢ Managed all construction activities following project approvals and
coordinated work with Property Management to include phasing,
staging and site logistics.
➢ Managed multiple projects at once, completing each job on or under
budget.
➢ Determined labor requirements and dispatch workers to sites.
➢ Maintaining all project documents.
➢ Value Engineer sites to meet client's current and future
requirements.
