Bid-Management
• Identifying Government Bids related to EPC-ROB,RUB, Roads, Toll Management,& Bridges
• Client Management and have leveraged relationships with PWDs Like MPPWD, Punjab PWD,
Maharashtra PWD, Haryana PWD, Rajasthan PWD, NHAI, MORTH, MAHA PWD, NTPC, RITES,
DRDO, BRO, NHIDCL Etc.
• Define and implement a structured way of handling opportunities –RFP response /
Presentation etc.
• Checking for Eligibility criteria
• Communicates bid status & progress to Director-EPC
• Develop, Prepare and maintain BID Tracker and share it with Director-EPC
• Arranging documents from Internal / External stakeholders with regards to submission
of information required for effective bidding
• Making Cost Estimate /Single Handedly Preparing BOQs/ rates / financials for EPC Tenders
• Contributes to the pre-sales effort with bid planning and risk assessment.
• Develop and Plan the logistics for Packing of BID and Timely Submission.
• Respond to clarification / queries sought by client, during BID evaluation process.
• Support Sales for presentation in line with BID requirement
• Manage RFP, RFQ and RFI
• End to End Bid Management i.e. Submission to award of Contract / Signing of Agreement
• Liasioning with various authorities related to bid submission & technical/financial qualification
