Facilitating Reimbursements and giving final confirmation on overall salary release.
Successfully resolving issues related to Leave, Salary, P.F. & ESIC Deductions.
Employee Relationship & Grievances Management: -
Addressing and Resolving the Employee Grievances down the line.
Retention Management and providing personal and professional counselling to employees
Leademployee communication meetings like all hands, Open House, One to One Sessions.
Exit Management: -
Taking Employee’s Exit Interview, analyzing and preparing strategies to control the attrition.
Coordinating with all vertical departments to get No- Dues for Exit employees.
Ensuring F&F settlement of Ex. Employees within the 45 days of time as per the organization TAT.
