Post Ads on different hiring from Job posting Portals (like Naukri, Monster & LinkedIn for sourcing
the right candidate & posting the JDs.), websites, Facebook, Instagram another hiring platform
Recruiting testing and Interview Applicants to Obtain Information on Work History,Training, Education
and Job Skills & Exit Interviews.
Prepare Emails, Reports, letters and Employees documents & other documents, using word
processing, spreadsheet or database & Handling & Maintain Employee Personal Files Database (Both
In Soft Form and Files Management)
Maintain Biometrics Attendance Data Record of Employees and Leaves and Attendance Management
Sheets and curriculum activates.
Completed enrollment for 750+ employees, and perform new hire enrollments of 60+ per month.

Maintained office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies as needed.
