Key Responsibilities: -
● Responsible for managing service delivery, recruitment projection, account management and designing recruiting & account management strategies/policies/plans, hiring team members, their growth, productivity and performance.
● Apply a client-driven and consultative approach in managing the account.
● Acting as a facilitator between the clients and recruiting teams.
● Maintaining & ensuring compliance and meeting client
● Leading and managing monthly/quarterly reviews with the internal recruitment team as well as with clients.
● Playing a vital role in hiring and exit decisions of the team members.
● Worked individually on full-time and contract roles for the clients’ requirements and successfully on-boarded candidates with the minimum TAT. Maintained average placements of 4-8 with an average of 20-30s open position worked per month.
● Work on ad-hoc Skill-Market requests managing sourcing initiatives for different Client/Business Needs Reduce cycle-time of hire, improve Turn-Around-Time and Quality of Hire and have Carved out a Social Strategy ensuring the growth and building of valuable Talent Pipeline and Ensure delightful candidate experience and mentor and raise the team to be top class recruiters and impart recruitment practice.
● Manage contracts and Rate negotiation and documentation of selected candidates and their employers.
● Train the team to effectively market the Bench Consultants get the placements in shortest time possible
● Engaging the Bench resource to ensure proper positioning for upcoming requirements and ensure better selection rate. Involved in Rate Negotiation and terms with vendors/clients.
