    • Experienced and knowledgeable professional in the Accounts, Store, HR& Admin and Project management. • Delivered commercial support to Project Management throughout contract delivery cycles advising on project control variations and commercial considerations of managing projects. • Work in collaboration with project manager and Tech. Team to ensure accurate project cost and defined guideline. • Manage project cash flow/ payments plan and ensure timely generation of Invoices. • Perform project financial planning and forecasting and work with project management on assessing project risk and opportunity. • Ensure achievement of contract requirement e.g. Performance BG, Mob. Advance BG, Retention BG, Insurance, All the labour license as per State Govt guideline. • Steering range of tasks pertaining to mobilization of project site, office establishment and stores, arranging for communication & mess facilities for staff and labour. • Drafting and Negotiating contracts, prepare the proposal of documents, statement of works, use preapproved legal templates to prepare agreements and contracts amendments and renewals. • Liaise with the partners to understand their requirements and close them in given time frame. • Carryout all reporting requirements accurately and within the specified time frame as needed. • Rich experience in ERP (Oracle 10g) & Tally ERP 9. • Established & maintained document management, construction cost, and claims management systems for the project. • Arranging the Raw Material for Projects, and Finalization of Rates with Coordinators. • Arriving at the standard cost, purchase price variance and other related costing, participating in inventory accounting. • Directing the Development and implementation of key procurement Strategies / contingency plans and ensuring that strategies and plans are aligned with organizational objectives. • Sourcing and rate negotiation of material locally and worldwide with proper incomer's, delivery time and quality. • Working with business leaders who have identified a business need or requirement to identify, source, contract, and procure the needed good or service from qualified suppliers. • Managing supplier performance (monthly, quarterly, half yearly, annual). • Preparing & managing logistics & transport budgets, monitoring expenditure and implementing remedial measures where appropriate. • Negotiation with free zones and local authority. • Expertise in implementing strategy to execute the set plans and respective marketing activities in collaboration with the top management to achieve the set objectives • Accounts Receivables, Payables, Vendor Management, Vendor Development, Dispute Resolution, Inventory Management and External Internal Audit..
