Issued Inventory in ERP, Find Purchase Orders & Checking in ERP, Store related all Work in ERP System. Receives all incoming Material Local, Import & Equipment, Making Inspection form & Mutual item Inspection with Technical person and reports any discrepancies, Flow-Up purchase orders as per required material. Receiving, distributing andmaintaining adequate quantities ofstocks at alltimes, Checking incoming materialsfor quality, and quantity against invoices, Purchase orders and packing slips or other documents, Making GRN on the receipt of the items against each invoice. PR,Material GRN, Good Issue Note and Debited Issue Note, Returned Note.  Operate Inventory register and process Free Issue,Debit issue, Return Issue,Damaged Returned debit Basic ,Employee and Contractor Material Issue And Return transactions.  Perform necessary duties for opening and closing the store such as placing and removing signage, opening and closing registers,unlocking and securing the Store.
