JOB ROLE :
HR staff performance and guide employees to better performance while ensuring good working relationships
with employees.
Preparation of Monthly salary of around 500 employees including Staff and Workers.
Monthly EPFO and ESIC Submission to ensure the benefits of the beneficiaries.
Help the organization ensure Compliance with all applicable laws.
Getting done with the Annual CLC Return.
Ensure a fair recruitment plan and oversee new hiring, interviews, and orientations.
Collaborate with the CEO to systematically manage the business’s HR policy
Co-ordinating with the Govt. Organisation Regarding issuing and closing of Labour Laws.
Extensive experience in administrative work such as making transfers and templates, keeping records, and
reviewing HR policies.
Thorough understanding of the company’s HR policies and processes.
