Preparation of Job Descriptions, BSC and Performance Management process.
▪ Talent acquisition by ensuring manpower requisition as per the planning
▪ Handling of induction and on boarding of new joinees.
▪ Ensuring 15/30/45 day’s performance review of new joinees and confirmation
appraisal process on completion of probationary of 6 months.
▪ Facilitate the in-house training programmes by the SBU and the Group.
▪ Implementation of engagement activities as per the Engagement Calendar for the
year.
▪ Assists in employee motivation drives through implementation of rewards and
recognition schemes.
▪ Facilitates attendance and leave record of the employees PAN India
▪ Maintain employee personal file on regular basis.
▪ Managing the travel desk and ensuring all books as per the approval.
▪ Prepare MIS to corporate HR on manpower movement, implementation of HR
initiatives and engagement calendar
▪ Facilitate HR Bridge for ensuring employee grievance redressal system.
▪ Software used: SAP
