Medical Checkup with Safety Induction),Attendance preparation(Daily & Monthly), Employees Personal
Management (Joining, Separation, Leave, LTA, Mediclaim, Insurance ,Employee Welfare, Medical
checkup),Labour colony management ,PF& ESIC Challan & ECR process, Welfare part .
• Industrial Relations & Laisioning:
Workman Grievance handling, Resolve Local Issues, Collective bargaining with vendors & Settle the agreement,
disputes with Works committee, Liasioning with Labour office, PF & ESIC office, Police station, DTO office, State
Electricity Office, LWF office & Manage harmonious relation between Client & Workers at site.
• Statutory Compliance Management:
Labour License preparation/renewal/cancellation, Electrical Licence Preparation, Monitor Sub contractor
worker wages at site, Sub-Contractors Vendor approval from client, Statutory Compliance Register preparation,
Returns submission & maintain Compliance under applicable Act i.e, CLRA, ESIC, EPF,PMJJY, MW Act, Bonus
Act, PW Act, LWF, BOCW, ISMW Act. & attend site inspection with LEO/EPF/ESI/LWF Officer.
