“PHOENIX MARKET CITY & PHOENIX MILLENIUM” - Pune Working with CLIENT / CORPORTAE was a very challenging experience. Preparing Contractors/Sub contractors bills from scratch, Abstract sheets, measurement sheets, backup documents, CTC analysis, Change orders, Pline billing, top sheet, bill checklist,etc. Preparing the Change Orders for any/particular varied BOQ items, estimating the items w.r.t the variance in rate or quantity and drafting in lieu of basic difference in Saleable area v/s Carpet area. Abstracting the Monthly Budget of Project, which consisted the Departmental & Machinery budget, Diesel, DG, Tower cranes, Man material hoist & monthly basis miscellaneous items, which incorporated the pervious v/s current amount difference to track the liquidity spends and maintain the flow of the project. Preparing the Work Approvals for uncertain activities to get going the project as per the baseline scheduled and help contracts team to draft the Work Order for same. Bills included of a). RCC Works like Steel, Concrete, and Shuttering with Material Reconciliation of client supplied items. Most the RCC works payment schedule were as per the Milestone basis. b). Finishing Works like Gypsum, Tiling, External grinding works, Fabrications, Debris chutes, Painting, Wooden works, Temporary barrications, etc. c). Departmental works like mobilizing the labors departmentally with breakers, grinders, male coolies (female coolies were not deployed), masons/carpenters, supervisors, safety rig
