Audit form 3CA-3CD, other forms)
Handling E-proceedings in Income Tax portal.
Maintaining Financial Accounts in TALLY ERP 9.
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation, Monthly Accounts, Annual Accounts
for Audit.
Closure & finalizations of Books of Accounts (incl. compliance
requirements of Statutory/ Tax Audits)
Statutory Compliances & E-filling of all Returns – GST, TDS, Sales Tax
(VAT & CST), Entry Tax and Service Tax & Professional tax etc.
Coordinating with the Banks.
Acting as a liaison between the Statutory Auditor, Internal Auditor, Tax
Auditor and various user departments.
Preparation & e-filling of Form-15CA for foreign remittance of Dividend
