Effective Conflict Management, Building & Cultivating Trust, to name
few. Actively driving POSH awareness programs at workplace for senior
leadership team, member of ICC (internal complaint committee)
and for employees. Conducting Psychometric tests for leadership team and senior level
hirings. Introducing self learning model using Linked-in Learning. Creating KRAs using Balanced Scorecard approach (BSC) for head
office & project site employee. Developing HR Policies for all branches, regions and analyzing the
effectiveness of HR procedures and tools; ensuring HR plans align with
the mission and business objectives. Facilitating ATS Website Development - HR corner. Setting-up Credai, CSDCI &, NSDC, (Govt. of India) affiliated Learning
Academy for all 4000-site staff. Improving staff attendance by 20% by creating an environment of
staff accountability using employee attendance data & by dealing
with employee attendance concerns. Lowering HR & operational cost by 15% to 20% by moving the HR
setting to a digital environment, digitizing all employee files, correspondence, and staff notifications; brought in digital
transformation by implementing Automation, HRMS & other next-gen
technologies. Managing appraisal process across all levels linked to reward
management and career growth; administering KRAs/KPIs setting. Introducing Employee Referral Program, streamlining recruitment
vendor identification & on-boarding by and negotiated favorable
rates and agreement clause, and hence savings in recruiting &
replacement costs. Establishing a well-rounded and digitized orientation program (onboarding). Enhanced communication based on opinion survey, leading to 20%
improved satisfaction scores; spearheaded town hall meetings,
postings, and company updates.
