• Working with the CEO on a critical project of “Organizational Transformation” exercise at Mantra
group level.
• Primary responsibility is to create and establish the HR and Admin function for the venture from scratch which
includes defining the org structure, Budgets, Recruitment, creation of Org Policies, Processes.
• Working with the CEO we defined the org chart for all departments (Sales, Projects, Architecture, Contracts,
Leasing, Marketing, and Accounts & Finance).
• Developed recruiting strategies that dramatically increased the applicant pool for multiple positions and reduced
the time to hire.
• In a span of 3 months of joining the team KPI’s for all the teams were drafted & signed off
• Rolled out the Employee policy manual in line with best practices from the market and is well accepted by the
management and employees
• Multiple engagement activities including coffee sessions with CEO, Skip level meetings, Diwali party, Christmas
celebrations etc.
• Manpower planning and budgeting exercise completed for 2022- 23 with HR and Admin budgets approved for the
