• End to end recruitment up to higher level, ascertaining manpower requirements, screening and short-listing resumes through job portals, advertisement, classifieds walk-in, consultancies, internal references, etc. for sourcing quality candidates within the least time.
• Negotiating salaries, generating offer letters and appointment letters and payroll administration.
• Maintaining a comprehensive data bank of all employees with varied background.
• Taking care of end-to-end payroll generating cycle including activities like master input, loans & advance deductions, report generation, settlement incorporation up to salary deposit, pay slip, etc.
• Handling IR issues, counseling, licensing with Govt offices, PF,ESIC, MLWF, matter and audits done by Labour officers or inspectors ,Industrial Code of Conduct. Maintaining salary cum wage muster, Bonus register.
• Conduct Disciplinary Action. (issuing warning letters to lower performers , late comers / issuing suspension letters / Termination letters.
• Also handling contractual Manpower Management.(Time office, Wages, statutory compliances)
• Employee engagement- arranging employee get together, counseling with employee on monthly basis, birthday celebrations of employees, organizing rewards and recognition programs for best performers.
• Analysis of weekly/monthly attrition and analysis of the reasons of leaving on quarterly basis.
• Conducting induction training – addressing to new joiners, arrangement of training programs content and coordinating with trainer for organizing internal and external training programs.
