    • End to end recruitment up to higher level, ascertaining manpower requirements, screening and short-listing resumes through job portals, advertisement, classifieds walk-in, consultancies, internal references, etc. for sourcing quality candidates within the least time. • Negotiating salaries, generating offer letters and appointment letters and payroll administration. • Maintaining a comprehensive data bank of all employees with varied background. • Taking care of end-to-end payroll generating cycle including activities like master input, loans & advance deductions, report generation, settlement incorporation up to salary deposit, pay slip, etc. • Handling IR issues, counseling, licensing with Govt offices, PF,ESIC, MLWF, matter and audits done by Labour officers or inspectors ,Industrial Code of Conduct.
