Provide full life cycle recruitment like: researching, sourcing, screening, interviewing, recruiting, negotiating and closing
for multiple roles (Tech Talent).
• Focusing on talent screening and sourcing, candidateidentification, collaborating with hiring managers for the interview and
on-boarding process.
• Screening applicants skills based on their resume and through telephonic interviews.
• Talent Identification and Sourcing - Identify and engage talent in innovative Ways - Using Referrals, Headhunting, Internal
database, Networking, LinkedIn, Social Networking Sites, Referencing and Job Portals.
• Sourcing profiles through job portals like Naukri, Monster, Mass Mailing in job boards, Internal Reference, Personal
Database.
• Good understanding on technical specifications of each Job Description.
• Handling both IT & non IT Requirements.
• Skilled with Permanent Hiring and Contract hiring. Knowledge of full life cycle of the recruitment process. Managing
relationship with recruiting and staffing agencies.
• Schedule Client interview and follow up after the interview.
• Experience in Volume/mass hiring and Niche skill hiring.
• Maintain Coordination between client and candidates.
• Responsible for sourcing resumes on the Skill Sets against Active Client requirements.
• Qualifying Resumes on demographics, compensation etc. against the Active Client requirements.
• Identified, interviewed, evaluated, and recommended or rejected candidates in response to hiring requirements.
• Interacted with managers to discuss job requirements, candidate qualifications and recruiting strategies.
• Attending conference calls to discuss clients requirements and review job orders.
• Initial validation of candidates to ensure for the right fitment of role and CTC range allotted for the particular job order.
• Conducting telephonic interviews, and checking the authenticity of the candidates profile based upon the criteria and
Requirement.
• Scheduling interviews and continuous follow up withthe candidates and keeping in touch with thecandidates so that
it makes them to be in time for theinterview.
• Counseling prospective candidates by highlighting theclient company profile, positionofferings and benefits.
