1) Manpower Planning:
Placement of manpower as per approved HCF in-line with project progress. Coordinate interviews
scheduled by HO with project manager or department in-charges Coordination with HO recruitment
team and HR SPOC for manpower deployment plan. Obtain the list of New joinees from HO and
follow-up with candidate from time-to-time and communicate joining status to Project Manager and
Recruitment team (including Trainees). Renewal of Fixed Term Agreements (FTAs) in consultation
with Project Manager. Submit demobilization plan in coordination with Project Manager as per
project progress and organize employee transfers accordingly. Mobilization and demobilization in
coordination with HR SPOC
2) Employee Induction:
To assist employee for cultural integration to the project location life style. Joining formalities,
Induction and submit joining documents to HO. Identity Card/e-mail id creation in coordination with
HO/RO. Attach Check list along with joining forms Provide site department in-charges email
IDs and contact numbers Provide a copy of Site department wise org charts Provide RRAs sheet to
each individual at the time of induction.
3) Attendance Monitoring
Biometric registrations of Trainees, Regular, FTA and project rolls Coordination with SPOC for
“My HR” (ebills) activation. Daily monitoring of attendance and update of muster roll in “My HR”
(ebills) on weekly basis. Ensure monthly attendance statement is approved by Project Manager by
last day of every month. Maintaining on-duty forms/transfer letters and update ODs and transfer
actions in “My HR” (ebills) for necessary approvals and informing on real time to HO Submit
Additions and deletions (mentioning type of separation) of manpower on weekly basis. Submit project
rolls workforce attendance statement with additions/deletions. Preparing absenteeism report
Preparing monthly reports and forwarding to HO as per MIS schedule.
