Role & Responsibilities:
▪ Responsible for overall functioning of Unit by managing day to day activities.
▪ Steered end-to-end HR Operations for the divisions including 600 on-roll and 650 off-roll manpower including their statutory compliance
▪ To identify an accurate requirement of manpower with the help of line managers.
▪ To ensure and recruit right number of manpower for each function, as per approved manpower and JD.
▪ Responsible for making disciplinary action against employees/workmen.
▪ Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations and achieve dedication by workers.
▪ Managing the Compensation & Benefits, Payroll functions, with best alignment of provisions of applicable labour laws/statutes.
▪ Involved in handling promotions, transfers, annual revisions, full & final settlements
▪ Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
▪ Formulating, drafting and finalizing terms & conditions of various service / non service contracts, supervision & compliances of contract terms & conditions, verifying and authorizing contractors bills for final payments. Handling labour contractor, security contractor, Lease Rent agreements, Canteen, Travel contractors, AMC’s for automations etc.
▪ Statutory Compliance & Liaoning with statutory bodies like PF, ESI, Labour, ADF & DDF of Factories, and Pollution control board, local administration & Authorities.
