- HIRING /Recruitment for Residential as well as Commercial Projects of the organisation. Manpower planning, HR Budgeting- comparing with Market rates & facilitates sourcing as per current norms/mandate given by respective HODs/ Functional Heads with Management Approval.
- Analytics: Development of RMS Farvison & Spine Module with the help of IT Team, Recruitment tracker / Inventory Open-Closed-Hold positions /Manpower Inventory, Review Report, Database Management; Tracking on cost per hire & analyzing reason for change in trend across Business; Tracking of sourcing channels utilized by Business.
- Employee On boarding process & Employee Life Cycle Management: Conducting Interviews, selection process- CTC negotiations, approvals, Reference check, Pre-Post Joining formalities -Appointment process -Joinees Intimations, formalities-Document’s verification, Salary A/C opening, ERP entries, Personnel Docket, Induction- orientation, Welcoming, Face Recognition & logistic arrangement with IT & Admin Team; Issuing Offer, Appointment letters
- INTERVENTION of SPINE/ FARVISION Software – Recruitment Module & PMS Module 2022..
- Intra – Internal communication/ mails/correspondence. New joinees Feedback Survey of 30, 60, 90 days ;
- HRIMS, MIS, Employee Confirmations, Mediclaim, Letter Drafting Contacts Internship, Training, deputation, confirmation, Experience-Relieving etc. ISO Audit.
