Creation and clear understanding of JD according to business requirement
Sourcing active profiles for various positions through portals, vendors and employee referrals and Walk
In drive alongside proactively identifying passive candidates, and building a robust pipeline.
Managing Pre, In and Post Shifts and recommended updates and changes to enhance efficiency of daily
activities by training staff on best practices and protocols
Allocating targets as per the designated plotter to achieve the required numbers by the end of the
month
Effectively phone screening/interviewing all relevant prospects and preparing them for further rounds
such as Verbal/Written/Psychometric Assessments and Versant
Collaborating closely with various Operation/Client Leads for final assessments to uphold best hiring
practices
Constant engagement of the selected prospects with negotiation of salary and relocation dates along
with sensitizing the company benefits and making required arrangements
Assisting in Joining Formalities along with collaboration of Payroll Team and Onboarding expert and
ensuring all IDs are in place in the stipulated time
Further onboarding and engagement till the prospects are handed over to process training
Owning all employee grievances related to joining, salary, referral and behavioral issues and getting the
same closed within a tat of 24-28 hours
Taking ownership so that the team is meeting all compliance ends and tracking down and managing
daily reports
Managing the teamʼs attendance and roster as to allocate leaves and week offs according to both
company and teamʼs requirement
Organizing engagement activities for the team and monthly R&Rs so that the team is boosted and is
focused on performance
Publishing weekly performance reports and daily hiring reports as to track the performance of the team
and ensure measures to pick up if anything is lacking.
