Responsible for instilling a culture of Training & Development for both Clinical &Non-Clinical
employees at Group Level
o Responsible for developing Skills & Competencies of all employees to meet the requirements of the
hospitals
o Responsible for ensuring strict adherence of Training Module as per NABH guidelines
o Responsible for ensuring regular TNA for both Clinical & on Clinical Employees has been done at all
levels for 3 units & the Gap has been filled up by regular training, Evaluation of training effectiveness
by pre & post assessment & Documentation of same
o Ensure timely completion of Induction Training for new employees for new employees and working
with line managers & trainers to ensure completion of the induction module e.g. Fire safety, BLS,
Infection Control, Quality, BMWM
o Ensure preparation of Monthly Training Plan/schedule for both clinical & non clinical Staffs for all 3
units
o Imparting training on Soft Skills, grooming standards , HR policies to both clinical & Non Clinical Staffs
at all levels
o Ensuring & conducting External Training & outbound trainings as and when required
o Developed Training Report Card & implemented the same at 4 units of GNRC
o Conducting & imparting ‘Train The Trainer’ Workshops to create Trainers who drive the training
initiatives & equip the fellow colleagues for organizational growth
