Near 7 years of accomplishments with different organizations. A multitasker with wide ranging exposure
in Human resource business partnering with effective manpower planning & talent acquisition, contract
labor management & engagement/welfare activities etc. Providing HR support to around 500 associates
in 4 facilities across North East and Siliguri. Looking for a mid-level position that will enable me to use

Maintained recruitment & staffing level for both, permanent or
contractual employees across Northeast. Support ops for
business expansion or setting new facilities with hiring of
potential talents within TAT. Coordinating with central planning
& engineering team and regional ops leaders for facility wise
manpower planning in line with business volume. Consultation
with leaders for succession planning for critical positions.
Supporting central team for on-boarding, documentation,
induction & exits for all on-roll employees. Hiring & Removing of
Temp (Short Term Contract) manpower as per business
requirement across the region. Involved in the D&I (Diversity &
Inclusion) program for the East.
Vendor identification for evaluation to find out the
location/facility wise resourcing strength across Northeast.
Tracking vendor compliance on field & performance based on
hiring & support. Regular follow up to resolve each case related
to attendance & payout, OL, EPFO, ESIC, and Pay slip, ID Cards
etc. Consulting with ops leaders to implement incentives/ OT/
extra day pay, as & when required, to control absenteeism &
attrition.
