Support the whole recruitment process from sourcing, managing the pipeline,
resume screening, arranging the interviews and offer negotiations.
• Recruitment for all the branches in the Zone from executive sales profile to
Branch Heads/senior positions along with the hiring of all the HO positions.
• Onboarding new employees to the organization.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the
selection process.
• Support the HR Operations team with overseen transfers of employees of all the
branches, registration of PF and ESIC of the employees.
