Writing job descriptions & posting in various job portals.
Responsible for market research; finding talent from competitors delivering right candidate (TAT).
Sourcing resumes from different job portals like Naukri, Monster, Apna, Hirect , LinkedIn and head hunting
as per the requirement from client company.
Conducting interview using different modes. Arranging Psychometric and Aptitude test with the candidates
Responsible for inserting all the details of candidates, & downloading the analyticsfrom SAP FieldGlass.
Working knowledge of Application Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
Lead the full recruitment life-cycle from sourcing strategies, talent recruitment & acquisition to interview
preparation, offer negotiation & onboarding.
Coordinating with the IT Team for new joiner’s system setup and to get their EmailsID’s made.
