Recruitment, Interview & Selection for Project sites & HO, up to certain levels. Managing post-recruitment
activities such as issuance of letter pertaining to offers, joining intimation/formalities, induction,
appointment letter, confirmations, transfers, annual salary revision, resignations acceptance, full & final,
maintaining personnel records etc.
• Managing Payroll Administration by ERP payroll software module & Excel payroll of 10000 staff/workers:
Time office, Leave record, attendance, salary preparation and disbursement.
• Managing and supervise/filling the accurate and timely PF & ESI monthly return of 10000 worker/staff, with
in house setup, nothing outsourced.
• Handling Group Mediclaim and Group Personal Accident Scheme life cycle of 5000 staff Employees.
Handling accident case and ensuring disbursement of Compensation to the disabled worker/ labor or legal
heirs of the deceased Worker/ Labor through Workmen Compensation Act.
