Effectively manage bonus & other incentive payouts calculations for entire team.
Responsible for SALARY & WAGES,PF, ESI, BONUS,GRATUITY, LABOUR LAW and other related responsibilities.
Process Full & Final Settlement.
Collating the new joiners data and sending it to the respected team
Referral inputs sent along with the salary data
Processing others payments of employees such as Incentive, Bonus, Reimbursement etc.
Salary revisions / Changes during completion of probation
Preparing the various payroll changes every month.

Generating Performance Appraisal Letters - With / Without Increment.
