Internal Job Portals, employee referrals, job sites, social media etc. to attract
the best talents.
Salary positioning, offer negotiation & timely closure of positions involving
aggressive follow up with line managers & candidates.
Managing effective and smooth on boarding of new hires as per defined
process to ensure their acclimatization to the organization for better
engagement and stability.
Support with all internal and external HR related inquiries orrequests.
Schedule employee meetings and HR events like- Town Hall, Health Camp,
Festive Celebration etc.
Maintain & Publish Key Recruitment KPIs & trackers like Open position

Ensuring 100% completion of Induction modules and other training needs for
all applicable roles on internal platforms as well asin classroom mode.
Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
Holiday list finalization for the calendar year post discussion with Senior
Management.
Responsible for all disciplinary actions, warning notice issuance etc. as when
required.
