Compensation & benefits - Formulation of HR Policies, Employee Handbook, Design structure of Compensation & Benefits as per Income Tax Act & other laws, Payroll, Formulation of procedures to claim various benefits(LTA, Residential Internet WiFi, Interest Subsidy, Vehicle Loan, Special Medical Distress Reimbursement, Travel Expenses etc)
Employee Welfare : Coverage of all the personnel under ESI or Health Insurance Policies ie. Workmen Compensation, GPA, Term Insurance, Family Mediclaim/Health Insurance, Gratuity, Superannuation, EDLI, Leave Encashment as per employees' eligibility. Ensure employee reimbursements immediately.
Government Liaisoning with all Government & Local Authorities ie. Labour Dept, Profession Tax,EPFO,ESIC, Distt.Collector, LAQ Dept, Sub-Registrar, Revenue Dept, Agriculture Dept, Forest Dept, Horticulture Dept, R&B/PWD, Municipal, Elect,Gas,Water Authorities etc. Maintain Rapport with clients & their optimum use for the organizational goals.
Statutory Compliances ie. Statutory Remittances, contributions and taxes ie. TDS(Welfare Cess), Royalty, Professional Tax, EPF/EPS, ESI, LWF, Municipal Property Tax etc & filing of half yearly/annual returns under all labour legislations. Applying for Registrations /Licenses & renewals under Factories Act, Shops & Establishment Act, PF Act, ESI Act, Motor Vehicles Act,Contract Labour R&A Act, BOCW Act, Compliances under all the labour legislations ie. The Factories Act 1948, The State Shops & Establishments Act, The State Tax Act on Professions, Trades, callings & Employments, The Apprenticeship Act1961& 1973, The Minimum Wages Act 1948, The Employment Exchange Act1959, The State Labour Welfare Fund Act, The Provident Fund & Misc.
