• Responsible for monthly confirmation assessments, facilitated confirmations meets and issuing confirmation letters as per recommendation
• Involved in 360o performance appraisal system, preparing & assigning job responsibilities to all the designations
• Supervising & monitoring administration activities for 130 branch offices of the organizations
• Coordinating ‘Suggestion Scheme’ for entire unit offices, counseling employees and implementing various motivational and retention schemes
• Managing reward & recognition events and also initiated ‘Reward’ program for employees by providing bike/car loans
