My position is assigned to manage and delegate tasks related to HR & Admin at plant level. Accomplish by directing the administrative functions of human resource departments. The work involves overseeing employee relations, regulatory compliance i.e. EPF & ESI and employee-related services such as hiring process/Time & employee Record/Payroll/ Salary/Statutory/Training/correspondence/ compensation and benefits etc. and to ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Contextual knowledge & adherence of company policies & labour laws and updating it browsing the latest updates & amendments, organizational relationships, social and cultural constraints and realities skills, Payroll & HRIS user friendly with various software’s like SAP Module /ERP/ESSL etc..

1. Overseeing the recruitment and hiring responsibilities at plant level
2. Looking after all Legal, IR & Union Management
3. All Statutory and legal compliances management at plant
4. Monitoring employee movement for both in & exit at plant
5. Ensuring the orientation trainings for new joiners & organizing other training as per the requirement for managerial skills
6. Time Office Management (Maintaining the record of attendance & leaves)
7. Payroll, Benefit and Compensation management (processing & verifying monthly salaries for both plants and forwarding to the accounting department for disbursement after management approval)
8. Processing & finalizing annually statutory bonus provisions list as per act and forwarding to the accounting department and resolving any problems or discrepancies occurred
9. E-filling monthly EPF & ESI returns for both plant and follow-up with accounting department for timely payments
10. Processing & finalizing annually payment of ex-gratia & LTC as per eligibility and forwarding to the accounting department for disbursement after management approval
11. Addressing and attending to the employee grievances towards effective resolution within a stipulated time as well as discuss with the Management for intervention if necessary.
12. Regular monitoring on statutory compliances check list & Liasioning with government department i.e. Labour welfare/ Inspector and Factory/EPFO/ESIC etc.)For documentation & necessary approval.
13. Ensuring statutory inspection & certification for calibration for all Lifting Machines, Tackles, weighing scales etc.
14. Coordination in internal & external audits for ISO/Statutory & accounting/payroll
15. Preparing Full & Final Settlements and its relevant correspondence.
16. Vendor management & coordination for their monthly bills/payments and statutory adherence for security/canteen,/housekeeping/couriers/SIPCOT/EB and contractors etc.
17. Coordinate with Job/labour contractors for their monthly bills/payments and statutory adherence of legal compliances.
