Affiliates including StatusNeo Inc., and StatusNeo Software LLC and sister concern such as
Onesifar Ideation Private Limited.
▪ Role majorly involves drafting, vetting and negotiation of various agreements pertaining to IT
industry such as Master Services Agreements along with Scope of work, Sub-contracting
agreements, Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality agreements, vendors Agreement. Other
agreements such as software License Agreements, Reseller agreements, Letter of Intent are also
to be drafted, vetted, and negotiated on behalf of the Company.
