which includes following areas Capacity Building- Managing complete Life Cycle of Capacity Building, Internal and External Hiring, Manpower
Planning, Approval from Management, Preparation of JDs with help of Technical Heads, Short listing of candidates, Negotiations, Final offers,
Approval from Management, On boarding of new Joinee, Feedback, My Company deployed to Barmer – Rajasthan for Managing of HR, IR and
Local admirations for 600 Technical and Non-Technical employees under working departments of the Company like Civil, Executions, QA/QC,
Electrical, E&I, Mechanical, Chemical, IT and Admin, etc, Total responsible for the Registrations, License, returns (Annually, Half Yearly,
Quarterly), Monthly Remittance under EPF & ESIC, Verifications and approval the Audits and reports, Monitoring and conduct the interviews
for vacancies, replacements, Transfers, separations, and F&F of employees along with monitoring of welfare, social security’s, daily
attendance, overtime, compliance, payroll, time office administrations management, Contracts agreements, Contract Labour management,
Gate Pass, Entry and Exit, Recruitments, administrations of accommodations, food, Internet, Electricity, Water, pickup and drop, Vehicles, Bus,
Fuels, etc. arrangements. Liasoning with govt. Authorities, Local Authorities & Negotiation with Unions and Local admirations.
