Recruitment of on-roll and outsource staff up to the Middle/Senior Management.
Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Induction, Performance Management, Payroll and Training for new joined as well as site
support employees.
Responsible for entire Employee life cycle management from onboarding to till their exit the organization.
Coordination with outsource corporate HR Team for issuing of Appointment Letter and other matters related to joining
formalities of site outsource employees.
Employees Grievance Handling, Employee Engagement activities, Full & Final Settlement of site level employees.
Ensure the implementation of corporate HR policies and procedures at site level.
Responsible for monthly MIS, HRMS System, updation of employee data, Movement and Mapping in system.
Day to Day HR operation activities of site level.
Responsible for entire Time office Function from workforce engagement to till their exist from site.
Ensure the daily deployment of workmen at site as per the execution of work at site.
Managing work force and processing payroll for more than 1000 site employees on monthly basis.
Managing Entire Gate Pass processes, Time office functions and daily attendance Management system of Employees and
contractual workers working at project site.
Conducting awareness program amongst the workmen towards the Health and Safety.
Ensuring and co-ordination with the contractors for timely payment of wages, Bank A/C opening and for other statutory site
compliances.
Responsible for renewal of Labour License, BOCW License, ISMW License.
Ensuring submission of monthly compliances by the contractor before processing of their RA bills. (Site HR Clearance for vendor
bill process).
Maintaining and preparing of Labour Compliance documents as per the Contract Labour Act and the same has been proving at
the Time of Labour Audit
