To check the client requirements in all aspects whether technical or financial mentioned in floating PQs, RFPs, EOIs.
▪ Being up to date in registration of company on the portals of various esteemed clientslike Border Road Organization, NHAI,
MOR&TH, UK PWD, CPWD, GDA, NTPC etc.
▪ Attend pre-bid meetings regularly with seniors and raising the queries if necessitated.
▪ Preparation of detailed synopsis of floated RFPs and discussing with internal departments if necessitated.
▪ Understanding the client requirement by deep study of RFP, DCA and technical schedules, discussing with VP sir and MD sir
and preparing a self-explanatory, well-organized proposal to fulfill all client requirement.
▪ Regular monitoring the work of tender searching team.
