Project- Railway Electrification for Rail Vikas Nigam Limited
• Handling railway electrification/ OHE projects, currently deputed at Varanasi.
• Inspection of OHE foundation, special foundation, erection of various structures & members, grouting works,
bracket erection, wiring, adjustment of bracket, SED checking, TSS, SCADA, Power Block Work & ATD & material
feeding.
• Planning, billing and finalizing BOQ.
• Taking approval of OHE Drawing from railway.
• Inspection of materials required for execution of project.
• Dealing with client, contractor, sub-contractors, and other units of company for project execution.
• Preparation of various execution schedules and monitoring the same.
• Managing the complete resources and manpower for smooth execution.
