o Reviewing Architectural plans & prepare quantity needs & estimating quantities & Cost materials
o Conducting studies of feasibility to estimate costs relating to materials, time and labor

o Liaising between client and site managers/engineers to resolve disputes between contracting parties
o Keeping track on construction materials and inventory, utilizing software to calculate and estimates
