work, Surface dressing work, P.C.C. work, R.C.C work, shuttering work, steel work, brick
work, plaster work , slab conduiting etc. As per Drawing.
Preparations of bar bending schedule (B.B.S) of Reinforcement work.
Materials requisitions andReconciliations of building materials like steel, cement etc .
Price Escalations or De - escalations of building material like cement, fine or coarse
sand, aggregate, bricks, reinforcement etc.
Quality Control of building Materials on the sites.
Preparing monthly / quarterly work planning and scheduling the resources at site
accordingly.
