Understand the scope of the project. • Prepare the Programme Project Plans and the Programme Schedules of project. • Prepare Master Programme for the Projects, showing sequence of works, loading resources, material and quantity of work, and weight age points for different activities and the Programme Schedules to ensure that all projects are aligned with each other. • Loading value of work with associate of QS to make chart of project. • Levelling resources in the chart. • Weekly site visit and submitting site visit report to head of planning • Recording and following issues of project from responsible person. • Making detail program for design and procurement of project same as construction phase. • Making mobilization and demobilization plan. • Updating program as weekly basis and identifying critical path of project and informing project management in this regard. • Discuss and agree above Master Programme with Head of planning Project Manager, Client / Consultants and obtain approval • Establish whether optimum utilization of resources is achieved at site. • Recording all DPR in unique file to extract • Updating program of project as weekly basis. • Making all chart and S-curve and levelling resource requirement of project • Managing of manpower according to the task is to be done. • Ensuring all projects is completed on time & budgets. • Identify issues and risks related to time table and schedules that would be a cause of delay in order to make the necessary and appropriate recommendations to avoid such. • Preparing variation and EOT log to record all additional and other activities which is impacted in work progress. • Preparing extension of time of project and get approval from engineer and client • Capability to handle a Team.
