Estimate & Costing Billing of Client, and Calculate Bar Bending Schedule( BBS ) In Building Work.
Execution and Supervision the Finishing works of Residential/Commercial buildings like Plaster, Colouring, Tiles work,
Plumbing, Hardwares & Sanitary fittings as per available Drawings & Plans.
Interpretation of Drawing, Alloting Work to labours.
Supervision of construction work, Preparing schedule of Material used and available.
Plotting Line level on Construction Site, Preparing work chart schedule.
Checking Steel work of Slab, Beam, & Coloumn Before concreting.
Checking & Arranging equipment before concreting work starts.
Supervision of curing process, Keeping note of Each and Every casting work and enter in Pour Card.
Conduct Mix designs of all required grades of Cement Concrete, i.e. (various tests on
Concrete such As Compressive Strength, Slump test & etc), WMM and GSB mixes.
Manage the Laboratory, Lab assistants and helpers to conduct daily routine tests as well as day to day lab activities.
Maintain the records of material production, consumption, and stock materials like Aggregate, Sand, Steel, Bitumen,
Cement, etc.
Analyze photographs, drawings and Maps to inform the direction of projects as well as the overall
