Site execution at pavement laying for both Flexible and Rigid Pavement.
Familiar with new Technologies for Pavement laying machines, Ex- Vogelle, Slip
Form Paver, Etc.
Topographic Surveying for Highways and Airports
Experience of supervising the site staff.
Preparation of Micro-level Planning and its Reporting statement of different B.O.Q. items -
site wise and project wise as a whole.
Preparation of D.P.R., M.P.R., Labour report, Organization chart (i.e. Staff deployment list),
Cost budget, Comparison statement of Cost budget, subcontractors’ monthly liability
statement, etc.
Monthly reconciliation statement of Cement, Steel (both reinforcement and structural
steel).
I have prepared revised estimate of different B.O.Q. items including rate analysis for my
present project under client’s supervision.
I have also prepared Detail Costing Report of financial year (i.e. profit & loss statement of a
financial year) and C.T.C. for balance work (as per B.O.Q. items) to complete for my
project.
Preparation of bill for client and Subcontractor early disposal of the same.
Estimate of quantities as per drawing & specification. (Especially Highways, Tunnels &
Runway works)
