Developing strong relationship with Clients and Sub Contractors.
• Prepare RA Bills and PRW Bills with accordance.
• Site verification with the client for Submitted Quantities in Bills.
• Finalize the Quantities with Clients and Sub-contractors.
• Prepare Monthly Material Requirement and Material Consumption.
• Reconciliation on Materials consumption and Store Materials.
• Maintain Monthly Asset reports and Manpower Details to HO.
• Ensure the Executed work is as per approved drawings
• Quantity, Quality & Cost checks on finished works.
• Making a report on Tunnel daily Progress
• Experience at QS section Level and Civil Constructions.
• Day to day communication with Site In charges and sub-contractors.
• Collecting / recording event details from site to establish variations / contra charges
etc…
• Supervision of Day to day Feeder Tunnel, DC, SFT & ACCESS TUNNEL work.
• Preparing of Bar Bending Schedule.
• Deep Study on BOQ and Evaluate benefits
