Techno-commercial evaluation and preparation of comparative statements & Approval notes for the High Power Committee (HPC).  Sub-Contractor billing & Invoicing (Client Billing) & Procurement.  Rate analysis, comparative statements & Proposal/Approval notes.  Negotiation & Creation of Work Orders/ Purchase Orders of Sub-Contracts, Service providers, and Suppliers.  Reconciliation of Qty. & Bills and Preparation for Short close of WO/PO of Subcontractor, service provider, and Suppliers.  Estimation of Actual Cost Estimate (ACE).  Coordination with the site team, Cluster office, HO & HQ.  Preparation of DPR, WPR, MPR, JCR, Dashboard, FDS & other reports.  Responsible for making the Construction Program achieve the target of completion of the project.  Monitoring the progress in line with the project schedule Preparation of a Catch-up plan to achieve scheduled milestones.  Present project schedule to management and prepare recovery plans in case of schedule slippage.  Cost Management, Cash Flow, and Plan.  Calculating Optimal Material requirement, Manpower Requirement (of various trades) & Machinery Requirement.  Create variance reports (Schedule Variance and Cost Variance) at various stages of the project to analyze deviations.
