Determines the client’s requirement for the Project Monitoring system.
▪ Analysis of resource productivity and estimating the quantity required.
▪ Preparing the baseline schedules in Primavera as per standards and updating monthly and presenting progress
report to the client.
▪ Preparing monthly cashflow for the project.
▪ Develop S Curve and Manpower histogram and check if these are achievable.
▪ Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Manager, Site Engineers and Cost Estimators.
