• Raising the invoice of executed works in coordination with site team for client billing.
• Procuring all materials which includes machinary spare parts, lubes and other required material at site
• Preparing reconciliation of all material and maintaining the balance stock on regular basis.
• Creating quantity reconcillation of all vendors.
• Checking and certifying the work scope given by client in respect to quantity and planning the resources required.
• Checking and certifying Subcontractor's monthly running account and final bill's measurements (for all activities).
• Preparing the Daily Progress Reports and finding the loopholes in the progress.
