Prepare all Drawings and documents for civil project.  Arranging meeting with contractor and sub contractors.  Complete task on time and within budget resulting in strengthen management to tenant relationships.  Managing related projects from conceptual stages through all phases of pre and post contract activities.  Monitoring and advising the Contractor, Sub-contractors on the control of manpower, construction equipment and material to ensure meeting of the schedule.  Ensuring technical accuracy of drawing, material quantities, specifications, procedures.  Responsible for implementing various standard & codes and project specific requirement for special Items.  Ensuring that all Test Reports are verified to meet the Contract requirements.  Ensuring technical accuracy of drawing, material quantities, specifications, procedures.  Intense to complete task on time and focus to decrease cost. Implementing, and maintaining design standards, guides, and procedures.  Produced documentations required for field testing including certificates civil completion certificates (A114).  Marking of quantity surveying & estimation and costing.  Managing related projects from conceptual stages through all phases of pre and post contract activities.  Monitoring of all construction of as like footing, Retaining wall, office Building work, paver Block, curve stone, Road work, steel structure, pipe support, layout Drawing, and finish work.  Responsible for overall management and administration of the project components during design and construction Responsible for independent review& approve design and drawing; preparation of Details Project Report (DPR ) (Including all reports such as Environmental Plan etc.
