    Preparing and finalize of Work Order of various machineries, structures and roadwork.  Preparation and finalize of client & sub-con monthly RA bill & Reconciliation of material  Creating & executing project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs & requirements, including identification of needed resources/assignment to appropriate personnel  Fix the Structure and Highway quantity as per Site.  Prepare the Project BOQ for calculation of work progress.  Performing cost comparison analysis of subcontractors vs. self-performance to maintain cost controls; reviewing material/subcontractor invoices for approval.  Rate analysis using Standard Schedule of Rate Estimation of Pavement Quantities, preparation of Roadway Cross Sections by Road Designer (Auto Plotter) and Preparation of Monthly Progress reports and assessing the work is as per schedule or lagging behind.  Updated strip chart every month for all approved Quantities.  Reconciliation of quantities for every month to Employer Vs Subcontractor  Review the Target vs. achieved as per programmed on monthly and take corrective action to achieve the target in next month.  Working out of quantities for Planning of all activities.  Preparation and getting approval EOT from Client  Preparation and getting approval of variation & extra claims from the clients. (along with required Rate analysis)  Generating MIS report to project status to top management
