I have overall 7+ Year experience in construction industry with largest infrastructure projects in
India with reputed client i.e. State Highway, ADB Funded projects - i.e. Roads/Highways, Bridges
includes Construction, Supervision, Execution, Resurfacing, widening & strengthening. My experience
in above projects reflects in Planning & Billing section looking after analysis of rates for different
Items for roads, structure & misc. work, Preparation of BOQ’s as per Scope of works & site visit; have
wide knowledge of preparation of Interim Payment Certificate; preparation of monthly bills of road
and structure, ensuring are prepared as per the actual work done; Responsible for preparation of
Variations and Claims Identification & Realization, Formulation, discussions, negotiations and
realization; Preparation of physical and financial project reports; Assisting the project coordinator in
issues with regard to corporate operations, advise on cost control and potential “Risk & claims”
issues; etc..

Preparation of Budget at the initial of the project to keeping the expenses within the budget by
considering the factor affecting weather delays, unforeseen delays, materials shortages, labour
shortages, bad ground delays, and many more that could arise due to a dispute between two parties
such as contractors and subcontractors. Timely payment to our customer to avoid roadblock. Tracking project by making proper WBS (Work Breakdown System) & scheduling each and every
activity with MSP to keep a track of the project and flag the concern during short falls. Coordinate with the client/consultant/company apex management for day to day activities attending
the meeting (MOM) regarding the project. Preparation of Executive Report & High level presentation for the management using MIS technique. Chair the weekly progress meetings with project director, project coordinator & site representative
and track the outcomes & deliverables
