Billing & Planning Engineer

Monitoring/update of project planning/ progress measurement, preparation of regular reports for internal purposes and for clients. ➢ Plan resource requirements monitor manpower deployment schedules and assist in forecast. ➢ Coordinate with project manager/ lead engineer and site manager to ensure timely completion of projects. ➢ Identify, create, and implement systems and procedures to enhance and streamline the planning activities. ➢ Play a lead role in working with the Project Management team in generating weekly and ad-hoc status reports. ➢ Arrange stage wise inspection as required and get clearance from competent authority. ➢ Provide guidance in the identification, development, and implementation of opportunities for project cost savings. ➢ Attending FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) inspection with Client, Consultant for 66kV/132 kV Cable & Bonding Cables. ➢ Scope of work preparation of Subcontractors based on technical specification. ➢ Monitoring the project progress as per approved work schedule plan. ➢ Contractual & Technical correspondence with Client / Consultant as per Project requirement. ➢ Ensuring proper documents transmittal with Client / Consultant as per Project requirement. ➢ Follow-up with Client / Consultant for construction materials approval. ➢ Effective Follow-up and proper coordination with Subcontractor to monitor the progress. ➢ Preparation of Accepted Cost Estimate (ACE) for the project Preparation and monitoring of Estimate to Complete (ETC) for the project on every quarter to achieve the cost. ➢ Preparation of annual budget & costing for the project. Preparation of Sub-Contractor Bills against certified measurement by site engineer/Site Manager and linking to Corresponding Cost Packages keeping overall value within ACE. ➢ Preparation of Job Cost Report (JCR) and present to management on monthly basis.
