Work Experience :
Billing Engineer

Preparing, authenticating and certifying the interim, final bills of contractors and sub-contractors for construction.
Prepare monthly client bill and ensure it is submitted to client.
Overall responsible for quantity estimation and progress billing, Implementation of execution plan by coordination meeting with client and contractor.
Evaluation of progress invoice submitted by the sub-contractor.
Review and verify sub-contractors final bill of quantities (FBOQ) including re-measurement when applicable and variation request in accordance with specific requirements and or company procedure.
Participate in all commercial negotiations with the subcontractors including variation order if needed and follow up the status.
Review of work program issue notice to sub-contractor for slow progress and revision of work program.
Checking and recording of running account bills and price escalations bills
Quality construction and maintain record of quality assurance of rejected items and rectify work.
Preparation of reports documents bill of quantities and drawings
Rate analysis, quantity estimation, costing and tender documents.
Time schedule management.
Assist in design/ documentation activities
